All items are delivered manually by our team unless stated otherwise.

2. Products & Delivery

  • All products sold are digital in-game items

  • Delivery is done manually, not automatically

  • Delivery times may vary depending on availability, game, and order volume

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, but we aim to deliver as fast as possible

You are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct Roblox username

  • Being available to receive the item in-game if required

BloxDirect is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if delivery has already started or been completed

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

  • Limit quantities per customer if necessary

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • Refunds may be issued only if an item has not been delivered

  • Proof may be required for non-delivery claims

  • No refunds will be issued after successful delivery of a digital item

  • All game names, items, and trademarks belong to their respective owners

7. Limitation of Liability

BloxDirect is not liable for:

  • In-game changes made by Roblox or game developers

  • Item value changes, removals, or game updates

  • Losses caused by user error or third-party platforms

All purchases are made at your own discretion.
