Digital Items & Manual Delivery

All items sold on BloxDirect are digital in-game items delivered manually by our team.

Because of the nature of digital items, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You did not receive the item

  • You can provide valid proof (screenshots, username, order number)

  • The request is made before the item is delivered

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item has already been delivered

  • Incorrect Roblox username was provided by the customer

  • The item was claimed, used, or traded in-game

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery

Delivery Issues

If there is a delay or issue with delivery:

  • We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible
