Digital Items & Manual Delivery
All items sold on BloxDirect are digital in-game items delivered manually by our team.
Because of the nature of digital items, refunds are handled under the following conditions:
Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund if:

You can provide valid proof (screenshots, username, order number)

The request is made before the item is delivered
Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:

The item has already been delivered

Incorrect Roblox username was provided by the customer

The item was claimed, used, or traded in-game

The customer changes their mind after delivery
